Industry Direction
We are shaping the future across key industries, including materials, energy, construction, and transportation. Our strategic investments and innovative solutions drive sustainability, efficiency, and economic transformation. Through cutting-edge technology and industry collaborations, we aim to build a smarter, greener, and more connected world.

Future Materials Industry
The Future Materials Industry is a cornerstone of sustainable industrial development, focusing on the production and processing of advanced materials that drive innovation across multiple sectors. Our vision is to create a robust supply chain for high-value materials, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and economic growth.
Global Titanium Ore Transfer Hub
We are establishing a global titanium ore transit hub to streamline the entire supply chain, covering procurement, sorting, mixing, and transit. This initiative aims to:
- Achieve an annual production capacity of 2 million tons with a market share target of 10%.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology such as high-voltage electric selection and rare-earth pneumatic separation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Strengthen Sri Lanka’s position as a strategic hub for titanium ore trade in Asia and beyond.

Future Titanium Alloy Material Industrial Park
We are developing a zero-carbon titanium alloy material industrial park that will cover the full industry cycle, including:
- Sponge titanium production, melting, processing, deep processing, and research & development.
- A two-phase rolling development strategy, where the first phase focuses on foundational research and production while the second phase expands operations.
- Advanced manufacturing techniques to create high-performance titanium alloys for industries like aerospace, automotive, and construction.
Dual-Cycle Driving Mode
To maximize efficiency and sustainability, we are implementing a dual-cycle approach that enhances both local and global supply chains:
- Local Iron Ore Processing: Sorting iron ore to supply local steel mills, replacing 80% of imports and reducing production costs by 30%.
- Optimized Supply Chain: Establishing a localized supply chain to reduce logistics time and costs.
- Export of High-Value Titanium Ore: Targeting key markets like China and the Middle East, increasing Sri Lanka’s contribution to the global advanced materials industry.

Future Energy Industry
Clean energy investment
Invest in clean energy, integrate wind, solar, and
energy storage technologies, and promote Sri
Lanka’s energy structure transformation
Application of energy storage technology
Future Energy Investment focuses on the
investment and development of clean energy and
energy storage technologies, assisting Sri Lanka
in achieving its strategic goal of 70% renewable
energy by 2030.
Future Construction Industry
Future Building Intelligent Manufacturing
Invest in a future intelligent building factory with an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters, adopting BIPV + prefabricated building system, leading the development of building industrialization and intelligence, and improving construction efficiency and environmental protection level.
Affordable housing solutions
Supported by UN Habitat and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
Create sustainable and affordable housing to address the housing and safe drinking water issues of 700000 low-income households in Sri Lanka.

Future Transportation Industry
Transportation Network Planning
Build an integrated plan for the future three-dimensional transportation network of Sri Lanka’s entire island, including sea,
land, and air. Invest in the four major transportation sectors of railways, highways, sea transportation, and aviation to
achieve 100% electrification and intelligence of the public transportation network.
Intelligent Transportation System
Integrate wind, solar, and energy storage technologies, invest in the construction of 3000 intelligent charging stations,
covering major transportation nodes throughout the island. With the help of a smart transportation management platform,
real-time monitoring and intelligent scheduling of transportation vehicles can be carried out.
Green Transportation for the Future
It is expected that by 2030, the carbon emissions from transportation on the entire island will be reduced by 40%, and the
comprehensive transportation capacity will be increased by 30%, building a green, efficient, and intelligent future
transportation system for Sri Lanka and promoting sustainable urban development.
